This was a surprise thank you gift from my place of work and it truly was just that! I have never had such dreamy scotch eggs (I have never described a scotch egg as dreamy!!) Or had a plain scone...this can never be described ad plain but wow, ???????? everything in that little box was delicious. Thank you so much. I can't recommend you enough ????????

Well what can I say this massive box of deliciousness arrived on our doorstep the quality was exceptional great variety we took it on a picnic and it was just fantastic will definitely use again I had bought two before as gifts and I am really pleased that I did fantastic customer service from Dawn too great team well done x

Fabulous

Ordered a classic afternoon tea for two for my sister's birthday. She is thrilled with the contents and says the carrot cake is absolutely delicious. The only thing that wasn't great, although not Piglet Pantry's fault, is that the courier who delivered the order didn't bother to knock or ring the bell so it was sitting on her doorstep for a couple of hours (on its side), while she was in the house. I had received a message with an estimated time slot for delivery so I knew it was on her doorstep for at least two hours based on the latest time on the delivery slot provided. Besides that, the food was beautifully presented and I might just order one for myself! Thank you.

Fantastic customer service

I came across this website by chance whilst looking for an afternoon tea to be delivered as an anniversary present. Where as most other afternoon teas were full of cakes, the Afternoon Tea for 2 had a good mix of sweet and savoury.
I was emailed promptly on the day of delivery to say that unfortunately, my order wasn't delivered - I had made an epically stupid mistake by putting the wrong postcode in! However, the company offered a very generous discount code so I could re-order the Afternoon Tea box. Which I happily did.
The receivers absolutely loved the box - with several comments made about the high quality of the meat products.
I subsequently spoke to several people at the company due to a related issue with the delivery company, and each person I spoke to was both sympathetic, and empathetic. They took my issue seriously and this resulted in me receiving a call from Steve (one of the directors). I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service from this company. I don't doubt that there have been issues, but a level of understanding needs to be shown during this difficult time for businesses - and especially if it's your own fault for not putting the address in correctly!
I cannot recommend this company enough, and will be using them again in the future without hesitation.

problem now sorted

Ordered (all paid for) on the 9th March for delivery Friday 19th to have on our 28th Wedding Aniversary on the 20th. Recieved confirmation email from Pigs Pantry with order Number. NOTHING DELIVERED, Cant get hold of anyone, they had our phone number so they could of phoned. Ruined our day ???? Will never use again or reccomend to anyone else. Update.. piglets pantry contacted my wife and they have come to an arrangement that is to our satisfaction and hopefully our order will come later this week for the weekend. Just make sure when you order, the confirmation email has the date for delivery on it, so if there's a problem it can be sorted out prior to the weekend as they are closed sat/sun.

Brilliant

Bought this for my sister's birthday. It was delivered on time, and was well packaged-with cool patch. She said that it was the best afternoon tea she had ever had! The scotch eggs-best she had ever tasted. She was well impressed with it, loved everything in it. Would highly recommend and in fact have-my daughter has bought one for her in laws!

The perfect gift for someone special

Today my Mum received her afternoon tea for 2 Mothers Day gift. It was beautifully packaged, delivered cool and fresh and the contents looked and tasted delicious. Excellent delivery, service and products, everything from the packaging to the instructions of how best to serve your afternoon tea have all been carefully thought about. It’s like a warm hug in food form - a perfect gift.

Initially I received the wrong items

Initially I received the wrong items, I wanted their vegan option but received the meat version. Taking Covid-19 into consideration it’s understandable errors occur. It was addressed promptly and the replacement was absolutely perfect! Will definitely recommend and purchase again. The vegan version is SUPER tasty!

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Order afternoon tea for Friends significant age birthday. Arrived as promised and pre-order questions answered well. Our friends are quite particular and said the food was excellent, a fab surprise during dull lockdown. Thank you, would definately use you again.

Poor administration

Poor administration and do not answer emails and phone. My wife has been trying to get in touch with them for two weeks to order afternoon tea gift but no response.

Disappointed by no show of high tea

I ordered the high tea as a gift for my niece who works for the NHS to give her a treating her day off. It didn’t arrive on the day they said on their invoice. Didn’t arrive following day. Tried contacting them but phone doesn’t get answered. Luckily paid through groupon so will get a refund. The idea looked fantastic but if they can’t deliver they could at least let me know.
